Terms of sale
The plain version: you pick something, you pay through PayPal, we print it to order and post it to you. If it arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we fix it. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Who sells to you
Bognook Shop is the print-on-demand shop of Bognook. When you buy here, the seller is Edy Gunawan, trading as Bognook, a one-person business based in Medan, Indonesia. Contact: hello@bognook.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Guest checkout only
No accounts. You check out as a guest every time, and you can look up an order any time on "Check my order" with your order number and email address.
Prices and tax
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at the final step, with shipping, is the price you pay. We don't add sales tax or VAT at checkout.
Orders outside the US may owe import tax or duties on delivery; we don't collect these at checkout. Customs, import tax and duties are set by your country and are your responsibility. Your carrier or customs office will tell you what is due.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Checkout accepts delivery addresses in those four countries only. Please check your address before you pay. See the shipping page for costs and free-shipping rules.
Made to order, and how long it takes
Printed to order, one at a time, by our US print partners. Nothing is made until you order it.
Every item is printed to order, which takes a few business days; then Printify's standard shipping usually takes 2–8 business days in the US and 10–30 days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can be late, especially around holidays.
If your order ships in more than one parcel, the parcels may arrive on different days.
Paying
Payment is taken by PayPal when you place your order, in US dollars. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, with a card. We never see your card details.
When your order is accepted
Your order is placed when PayPal confirms your payment and we email you a confirmation. If you don't finish paying, no order is made. A checkout left unpaid for 48 hours is cancelled.
If we can't make or ship an order (for example a print partner can't make an item, or we can't deliver to the address given), we will tell you and refund what you paid for what we couldn't supply.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because everything is made to order, changes are only possible before printing starts. We hold each paid order for about an hour before it goes to the printer. If you need to change the address or cancel, email hello@bognook.com straight away with your order number. We'll do our best, but once printing has started we can't cancel or change the order.
The misprint promise
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund it — matching our print partners' policy. Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size picked at checkout.

Product pictures
Pictures of products are mockups. The colours you see depend on your screen, and the printed item may look slightly different. Size and colour details are on each product page; please check them before you order.
Our designs
The designs, words and pictures on this site belong to Bognook. Buying a product gives you that product. It doesn't give you the right to copy the design, print it on other things or resell it as your own.
Most designs are our own. A few are playful parodies of something well known (for example Abbey Toad, which redraws a famous street crossing with toads and uses none of the original's words, names or logos). Bognook Shop is not connected to, or approved by, anyone those parodies tip their hat to.
Bognook is not an amphibian-care authority and Bognook Shop makes no expert or medical claims — for care questions, see bognook.com.
Our responsibility
We'll do what we say on this site with reasonable care. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other things outside our control. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that can't be taken away by a contract, and nothing limits responsibility we can't legally limit.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes that away. If you have a problem, please email us first at hello@bognook.com. Most things can be sorted out that way.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
